Refunds/Cancellations

Effective Date: 21-Feb-2025

At Lifeeazy, we are committed to providing a seamless healthcare experience. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction while adhering to applicable regulations.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: Customers can cancel their order before it is dispatched. A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. However, you may be eligible for a return/refund as per our return policy.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with the invoice.

    • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

    • Perishable, temperature-sensitive, or personalized medicines cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Refund Process:

    • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification.

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.

    • Shipping and convenience fees are non-refundable, unless due to Lifeeazy’s error.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with images.

  • A replacement or refund will be processed after verification.

4. Subscription & Service Cancellations

  • For subscription-based services, cancellations can be made before the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds for partially used subscription periods.
